Flowtoys designs and produces illuminated instruments that motivate movement and help take people to a state of optimal experience known as “flow”. Customer care elf

This role is ideal for someone with outstanding customer care skills and a great attitude, who takes pride in serving people effectively and staying on top of things, and who wants to enable more awesome in the universe.

You will be providing people around the world with tools to express themselves and helping them find their flow through filling web-based orders, and assisting with in-person and phone orders.

You will be enabling people to find the right flow tools for them, and helping them understand and maintain their tools through written and phone correspondence, as well as in person. You will be exceeding people’s expectations, and restoring their faith in the goodness of humanity through amazing customer care.

You will be an integral part of a dedicated, motivated and fun team in a company that is regarded as the best in its niche industry.


Education & work experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; though we will consider community college or technical school certificate, with relevant experience
  • 2+ years experience in an office environment desired
  • Experience in customer service through digital written communications desired

  • Strong ability with word processing, spreadsheets and other office applications
  • Comfortable with various software applications, including task management, shipping, invoicing, support ticket systems
  • Experience with shipping and logistics a plus
  • Interest in making awesome in the universe
