We have spent a good part of 2008-2009 searching for new brighter LEDs for the warm colors and are stoked to announce that the new fire, earth and spirit flowlights are much brighter than they used to be (spirit starting in Nov 2009 and Earth and Fire in late-Jan 2010)!
If you are using a flowtoy with 2 flowlights (crystal poi or flowpoi), we suggest going with 2 of the same color, unless you are using the contrast for teaching/instruction. We think having 2 poi heads of the same color looks nicer :) If you are using a flowtoy with 4 or more lights (flowpoi duo, trio, staffs), mixing and matching cool and warm colors provide great contrast.
Recommended color combinations:
- water AND fire or spirit or air
- air AND fire or freedom
- earth AND fire
- watermelon AND love
- love AND spirit
- spirit AND fire
More light effects, good for practicing accuracy and symmetry, highlights hand movements.
LEASHES:
The flowleash is a high performance handle and leash system. It allows users to adjust and find the perfect leash length, while keeping the leash streamlined and free of obstructions along the entire length of the leash - great for wraps, hyperloops and other moves that find themselves catching or tangling amidst hardware and knots. Please note that the handles are built into the flowleash and not removable!

FLOWMASS
If you like a heavy feel to your tools, you can add these weighted tubes to the ends of your flowtoy - where they count - to give them more momentum. Please note that double mass will not fit on flowpoi as the tube is too short for 2 sets of mass. Double mass fits on crystal poi and flowpoi duo, though we recommend just one pair of mass for duos unless you like your poi to be very heavy. The manual provides instructions on how to install mass on crystal cases and tubing. Sold as a pair.
